I would like to thank you for giving me a scholarship for my education.  My dad passed away when I was young.  My mom has to work very hard to raise 6 kids.  Therefore, our budget is very tight.  Every time I receive your financial support, words cannot describe my gratitude.  I will try to study my best so that you will not be disappointed.  I will grow up to be a good citizen to the society.
